Our service fee covers the work of placing a real reservation hold with the airline on your behalf. Once a PNR code has been successfully issued and delivered to you, the service fee is non-refundable.
A full refund will be issued in the following circumstances:
The hold duration is set by the airline and is typically 24–72 hours. Hold expiry is not grounds for a refund, as the service (issuing the PNR) has been completed. We clearly communicate the hold expiry time in your confirmation email before you complete payment.
