We collect information you provide when placing a reservation: your name, email address, passenger details (name, date of birth), and payment information. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
We use your information solely to process your reservation, communicate your PNR code and booking details, and provide customer support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use Duffel to access airline reservation systems, Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for email delivery. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. Passenger details are shared with Duffel and the relevant airline solely for the purpose of creating the reservation hold.
We retain order records for a period of 12 months for customer support and business record purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
